We all make mistakes. It is only human.

Last week, we discovered a very disheartening @reply on our Twitter stream:

Some companies would ignore this customer’s complaint. After all, @Dr_Bill_Braskey only exists online, right? You won’t actual have to see this person face-to-face.

Well, you have a complete misunderstanding of social media, my friend. On the contrary, we seek out  people – even our harshest critics – in order to make that face-to-face connection. Who knows? Your biggest critic may soon become your biggest fan…
